Beztak is looking to hire a Life Enrichment Coordinator join our team. The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, organizing, and coordinating activities throughout the community. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will also be responsible for driving our senior residents to various outings or appointments.
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities
  • Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
  • Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents’ quality of life by addressing their social, physical, and mental health
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with (including but not limited to)
    • Transportation requests, including Educational Outings
    • Formatting and distributing digital and print calendars
    • Facilitation of activities, as aligned with talents and interests
    • Digital and print communications and announcements
    • Room and event set-up and re-set
    • Resident profile, life story, directory record-keeping
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with booking and leading resident-centered activities in Independent, Assisted, Memory Care service levels in coordination with the Assisted Living Director and Director of Memory Care.
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Clean driving record
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in related field
BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. Occasionally re-arranging furniture for events, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
  • You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
  • You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
