Our Direct Support Professionals have a strong passion to help others, have an innate ability to build and grow healthy relationships, and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others! CRi employees are responsible for collaborating and working hand in hand with a diverse team of dedicated staff who support people in achieving their goals and dreams! Roughly 75% of our workforce are Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). They are our life force!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
  • Providing support with activities of daily living: to include but not limited to- personal hygiene of both males and females
  • Providing active treatment
  • Daily documentation and record keeping
  • Medication administration
  • Community inclusion and engagement

Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
  • (1) Full year of successful experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or other types of developmental disabilities.
  • CNA license
  • Flexible schedule

Shift Availability
PRN/Relief: On-call/flexible. Schedule varies based on availability
