What You’ll Do
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate records and documentation related to professional licenses and certifications.
- Respond to inquiries from individuals and organizations, providing clear and helpful guidance on the licensing process.
- Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures related to licensing and certification compliance.
- Support day-to-day department operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role; government or regulatory experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—you take pride in accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—written and verbal.
- Knowledge of licensing or certification processes is preferred but not required.
