Pricing and Licensing Manager
We have an opportunity for a Pricing and Licensing Manager to join our Pricing team in the United States in our Global Products organization, reporting to VP Product Monetization. In this pivitoal role, you will drive rigorous pricing analytics, licensing design, and monetization governance for Infoblox's evolving portfolio of offerings, enabling data-driven decisions that maximize growth, margin, and customer value. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you will translate complex data into clear insights, recommend pricing and licensing strategies, and help operationalize new monetization models across the business.
Be a Contributor - What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead data-driven pricing models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools to enable proactive and informed decision-making across the organization
  • Analyze transaction data and build analytical models to support pricing and monetization strategy
  • Conduct strategic market, competitive, customer, and financial analyses to validate pricing and packaging hypotheses and inform monetization decisions
  • Manage and enhance pricing operations workflows, ensuring pricing approvals, discounting structures, and governance frameworks are optimized
  • Support implementation of system automation and governance best practices to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop pricing strategy and impact analysis for SaaS and on-prem products
  • Drive SKU lifecycle management, including creation, rationalization, and maintenance to align with pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to validate pricing models and recommendations
  • Present concise, data-driven recommendations to teams

Be Prepared - What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing, monetization strategy, pricing analytics and operations; networking/security experience preferred
  • Strong experience in pricing governance, pricing approval workflows, and operational pricing structures
  • Relevant system implementation and optimization experience, including discounting frameworks, approval automation, and process improvements
  • Deep understanding of SKU strategy and lifecycle, including rationalization and alignment with product strategy
  • AI-enabled analytical acumen with strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and balance projects
  • Knowledge and experience with credits-based pricing, AI pricing, product analytics, and partner OEM pricing models
  • Develop/present packaging and pricing strategy recommendations that resonate with internal teams & our customers
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields is a plus
