• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' mental health needs, and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services via telehealth, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops aimed at fostering personal development, addressing skills such as coping mechanisms, stress management, and interpersonal communication.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic patient care, sharing relevant information and coordinating treatment efforts.
• Engage in community outreach programs and mental health awareness initiatives to reduce stigma and provide education around mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and privacy regulations.

The clients you will work with include a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health challenges. • Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues, particularly those affecting patients seeking telehealth services, including familiarity with evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Proficient in leveraging telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective patient management and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, particularly in acute care or hospital environments.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities and techniques suitable for short-term and crisis intervention settings.
