• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy—to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and practical interventions, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each individual.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and other educators to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for each client.
• Offer crisis intervention support, including risk assessment and safety planning as necessary, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and peer understanding.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Golden Care, you will work primarily with students facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Previous experience working within a school environment or with youth populations.
