They ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time to regulatory bodies. This role often involves staying updated on changing laws and regulations, coordinating with various departments, and implementing procedures to ensure compliance. Effective Licensing Credentialing Managers help organizations avoid legal issues and maintain good standing with regulatory agencies.

What are some common challenges a licensing credentialing manager faces when ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions?

Each jurisdiction may require different forms, renewal timelines, and verification processes, which can make coordination complex. Job description

About Conduit Health
Conduit Health is transforming one of the most outdated corners of post-acute care: getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients' homes. We're the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform uniting ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one experience. We closed a Series A led by Drive Capital in early 2026 and are scaling fast.
The Role
We're hiring a Licensing and Credentialing Manager to own provider licensing and credentialing for our partner telehealth practices. As we grow across states, your job is to make sure every clinician is licensed, credentialed, enrolled, and ready to see patients on time. You'll own the trackers, the deadlines, and the follow-up, and nothing lapses on your watch.
What You'll Do
  • Run end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for telehealth clinicians, including CAQH and primary source verification.
  • Manage multi-state licensing for our providers: applications, renewals, and tracking across boards.
  • Own payer enrollment so providers are live with Medicare, Medicaid, and other government payers before go-live.
  • Maintain audit-ready provider files and monitor all expirable (licenses, DEA, certifications, NPIs).
  • Partner with Clinical Operations and Compliance to keep providers credentialed and compliant as we scale.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in healthcare credentialing, licensing, or provider enrollment.
  • Experience credentialing and licensing providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, RNs), including CAQH and payer enrollment.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail across high volumes of applications, deadlines, and renewals.
  • Proactive communicator who follows through with providers, boards, and payers.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus Points
  • Multi-state telehealth credentialing experience.
  • Familiarity with 1099 clinician models.
  • Experience with a headless EMR.

Our Values
  • Excellence, Not Perfection - results that matter, not polish for its own sake.
  • Urgency, Not Chaos - fast, paired with clarity.
  • Systems, Not One-Offs - fix the root cause so it never returns.
  • Committed, Not Just Here - engaged, proactive, above and beyond.
  • Crush Goals, Not Souls - serious about the work, not ourselves.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Hybrid model. Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays. Direct mentorship from senior leadership.
Equal Opportunity
Conduit Health is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
Location: New York City | Type: Full time | Hybrid | Department: Operations | Salary: $75K-$150K. We are willing to go above this range for exceptional candidates with specialized expertise whose background exceeds the requirements.
