What We are Looking for:

We’re seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands‐on service experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and service processes, along with strong skills in customer service and sales.

Job Title: Service Technician

Work Hours: Monday through Friday

· 40+ hours per week

· Overtime available

· Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home

Pay Range: $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Pay Type: Hourly + Commission & Bonus Potential

What Your Day Looks Like:

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

Technical Expertise

· Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.

· Assess the overall condition of systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.

· Provide written recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.

Customer Care

· Educate customers on their HVAC systems and proper maintenance requirements.

· Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Work Standards

· Maintain a neat and organized work area, ensuring cleanliness after each job.

· Convey a safety‐conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.

Company Pride

· Properly maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out.

Qualifications / Skills:

· Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

· 2 + years of experience in HVAC service minimum. 4+ years preferred.

· Universal EPA Certified

· Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems

· Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings

· Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions

· Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial

· Ability to handle system startup and adjustments

· Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment

· Previous experience with Service Titan software is preferred

· Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

· Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive mental attitude
