$5,000 Hiring Bonus - Addiction Therapist (Detox)
Location: Whitehall, OH
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll support individuals beginning their recovery journey by providing therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and case management in a structured withdrawal management environment. You'll work closely with an Executive Director and a collaborative clinical team committed to person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management within scope of practice.
  • Complete treatment plans, crisis/safety plans, service notes, transition/discharge plans, and documentation within required timelines.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Quality Improvement and billing standards.
  • Participate in program development and clinical planning as assigned.
  • Ensure all communication complies with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, mental health laws, and licensing standards.
  • Educate clients on community resources and provide referrals as needed.
  • Coordinate with community service providers to support integrated, holistic client care.
  • Promote pro-social, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive engagement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Active licensure: LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW, LPC, LICDC, LISW, LPCC.
  • Must pass BCI, compliance checks, and pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation
Compensation depends on licensure and experience:
  • LCDC II & LCDC III: $50,000 - $57,500
  • Bachelor's LSW: $60,000 - $67,500
  • LPC, Master's LSW, LICDC, LICDC-CS: $65,000 - $72,500
  • LISW & LPCC: $70,000 - $80,000
  • LPCC-S & LISW-S: $75,000 - $83,500

Plus: A one time $5,000 hiring bonus
