Job Purpose

The Marketing and Proposal Coordinator contributes to organizational success by developing compelling marketing content, maintaining proposal and pursuit resources, managing website and social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms. The position works collaboratively with department leaders, branch teams, and technical staff to provide high-quality marketing and presentation materials that support client engagement, pursuit efforts, and company visibility.


What You'll Do

  • Support departments and branches in pursuit efforts by developing, updating, organizing, and providing marketing and proposal materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and interview presentations.
  • Coordinate directly with department leaders, branch managers, project managers, and technical staff to gather and maintain content needed for proposals and interviews.
  • Review solicitation documents and communicate requested marketing-related requirements, deadlines, and submission specifications to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and format project descriptions, resumes, cover letters, presentation materials, and other pursuit-related content.
  • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, project profiles, resumes, qualifications packages, and other marketing resources utilized in pursuit efforts.
  • Track pursuit opportunities, proposal requests, and key deadlines to support timely delivery of requested materials.
  • Prepare and format proposal and interview materials to ensure consistency with company branding, messaging, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and prioritize support for multiple simultaneous pursuit and interview efforts while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide presentation graphics, visual assets, and marketing collateral used by departments and branches during client interviews and pursuit activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of proposal and interview resources by maintaining current content, templates, and marketing materials.
  • Manage company social media platforms, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
