Role Description

The Leontine Linens Graphic Designer shapes the visual identity of the brand across digital and print channels, from social media and email marketing to packaging, print collateral, and event materials. Working from clear creative direction provided by the Marketing Manager and marketing team, the designer brings concepts to life translating Leontine's luxury, custom aesthetic into every touchpoint the client sees, while contributing creative input within the scope of each project.


Responsibilities

  • Sales team support: Create product renderings and custom visuals to support the sales team's client-facing work; maintain and manage the archive of sales tool content
  • Digital marketing assets: Design social media content (Instagram stories), email marketing campaigns, and blog visuals in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, marketing consultant, and social media manager
  • Video editing: Edit short-form video content from existing footage for social media using Adobe Premiere, including Instagram reels; manage video hosting and delivery via Vimeo
  • Website updates: Build out and maintain website content, including event pages, product pages, and blog posts
  • Event and market visit promotion: Design promotional materials for confirmed market visits and events across digital and print channels
  • Photo shoot production: Assist with the planning and execution of photo shoots, including on-set support and post-production image editing
  • Creative execution: Translate creative concepts into polished design, illustration, layout, and production deliverables
  • Project management: Manage marketing project deliverables and timelines to ensure execution matches project vision and company expectations
  • Creative assets library: Assist in the development, organization, and administration of the creative assets library, including photography management (organizing, tagging, and archiving product and lifestyle imagery)
  • Standardization: Support the standardization of procedures, templates, and forms; memorialize best practices and workflows for all graphic design processes
  • Print production: Coordinate print jobs and timelines with third-party vendors to meet deadlines
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, design principles, and brand consistency
  • Ability to interpret and adhere to established brand guidelines
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Effective time and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines


Qualifications

  • Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere for social media content, including Instagram reels and stories
  • Experience with Mailchimp or a comparable email marketing platform for campaign design and deployment
  • Experience with Craft CMS or a comparable content management system for website updates
