We're looking for a detail-oriented, creatively-driven Senior Brand Designer to support the execution and evolution of Flexport's visual identity across multiple touch points. We want someone who is a systems thinker and is skilled at creating scalable design solutions and thinking holistically about the brand ecosystem. This role blends hands-on design work with project and vendor management, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across a wide variety of brand expressions-from our website and marketing campaigns to sales decks and internal presentations.

You'll partner closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to produce thoughtful, on-brand creative that elevates our message and moves our business forward.

You Will
  • Production & Event Design: Translate creative strategy into a cohesive brand experience across digital platforms and physical spaces-ranging from large-scale event signage and spatial wayfinding to premium swag and print collateral.

  • Vendor Management: Oversee external design vendors and contractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and on brand.
You Should Have
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand design, visual communication, or similar creative role-ideally at a fast-paced tech or B2B company.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of production and digital design work, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and presentation tools like Google Slides.
  • Well-versed in leveraging AI to enhance the creative process.
  • Experience working within and evolving brand guidelines.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
