Job Description We are seeking a Process Design Consultant to lead a comprehensive redesign of GRBC documentation and to migrate customer-facing content from SharePoint to Confluence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical writing, content architecture, and Confluence administration and a proven ability to simplify complex processes and deliver clear, structured documentation libraries. Responsibilities: Rebuild and redesign GRBC procedures, user guides, and training documents from scratch.

Migrate customer-facing content from SharePoint to Confluence with standardized layouts. Create a structured Confluence library with page hierarchies, templates, navigation, labels, and governance. Improve searchability and consistency across existing Confluence spaces and content.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of technical writing experience with procedures and user documentation. Ability to simplify and structure complex processes into clear job aids and guides. Expertise in Microsoft Word and Atlassian Confluence.

Familiarity with SharePoint pages, lists, and document libraries. Experience with documentation redesign, cleanup, or migration initiatives. Strong interviewing, organization, and content-structuring skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content on schedule. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency concepts. Understanding of relationships among Policy, Standards, Process, and Procedures.
