We have developed a simple solution to one of the industry’s major challenges in reducing emissions, and it is being adopted at a staggering rate across the US and Canada. We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support our strategic objectives.

Kathairos Solutions provides methane elimination technology for pneumatic devices across North American oil and gas operations, working with 70+ upstream and midstream operators.

Your Opportunity

As a fast growth, cleantech organization, we recognize the critical role our team plays in driving adoption and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team of seasoned professionals to meet customer commitments and rapidly growing business needs.

The Digital Design & Content Coordinator is a fixed-term, modified position created to provide dedicated design and website production support during a maternity leave.  This role is scoped to focus on two core execution functions — graphic design and Webflow/website development.

As the Digital Design & Content Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital who will provide creative direction and prioritization.

You are an individual contributor that is execution-focused: You build what is briefed and directed, rather than setting content, campaign, or brand strategy.  This role is is well suited for you if you are a junior graphic designer with 2-3 years of experience who can work independently against clear briefs, manage multiple concurrent design and web requests, and maintain a high standard of brand consistency with minimal oversight.

This role is based in Calgary and will work and collaborate in our office environment.

Your Work

Graphic Design: You'll design and produce graphics across web, social, blog, e-newsletters, sales decks, brochures, and digital and display ads, following our established brand guidelines. You'll take creative briefs from our Marketing Manager, Digital and turn them around accurately and on time, keep our design asset library and templates organized so the team stays consistent, and review your own output for brand, quality, and accessibility standards before it goes out. You'll also work closely with our digital marketing agency to help optimize messaging and performance across digital channels.

Webflow / Website Development: You'll build, update, and maintain pages, landing pages, and forms in Webflow, handle routine maintenance and CMS updates, and keep every page consistent with our brand standards — layout, type, and imagery included. You'll coordinate with our Marketing Manager, Digital on page priorities, campaign landing pages, and site updates tied to marketing initiatives.

Copywriting and Message Development: You'll draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy across our website, newsletter, digital and paid advertising, and sales collateral. You'll develop clear, on-brand messaging for campaigns, product updates, and company announcements, and write and refine short-form content — social captions, ad copy, email subject lines, event descriptions. You'll also help maintain our core messaging documents, including key message frameworks, value proposition language, and positioning statements, keeping them current as market conditions, regulations, and company milestones evolve.

Production Support & Coordination: You'll manage intake and version control on active design and web requests, coordinate proofing and approvals with stakeholders, support conference and event materials as needed, and flag capacity or timeline risks early.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and outside vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) to get deliverables done, and provide input on what's realistic to execute — content and campaign strategy stay with the Marketing Manager, Digital.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design production, including direct experience building and maintaining websites in Webflow.
  • Strong working proficiency in Canva,
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently against creative briefs and manage multiple concurrent design and web requests under deadline.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral format, with the ability to take direction clearly and ask clarifying questions when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying brand and style guidelines.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting marketing teams in the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
  • Experience using Claude, Claude Design, or similar AI tools.

Why Kathairos?

  • Competitive Total Rewards package
  • Paid Time Off and Flex Time
