* Work with users and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine technical requirements for custom SharePoint sites, tools, and forms.
* Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and automate workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
* Build and customize modern SharePoint Online pages, custom web parts, document libraries, and lists to support complex business workflows and data management.
* Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and Power BI.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing custom SharePoint tools, scripts, and PowerApps to ensure an excellent user experience.
* Collaborate closely with KM staff to translate operational needs into secure, effective M365 technical implementations. Qualifications Required Education: * Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

* Proficiency with client-side web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
* Experience interacting with Microsoft Dataverse and utilizing SharePoint REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
* Experience using modern development tools such as **Visual Studio Code**.
* Strong understanding of SharePoint online site architecture, list/library configuration, permissions management, and M365 best practices.
* Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations, preferably using **Power BI** integrated with SharePoint data sources.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for solution integration and process mapping.
Desired Qualifications: * Active CompTIA Security+ CE (IAT Level II) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire to meet DoD 8570/8140 requirements.
* Prior military or Army staff experience, especially in mobilization/demobilization environments or headquarters-level operations.
* Experience utilizing the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, or TypeScript to build modern, custom web parts.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, custom connectors, and integrating SharePoint/PowerApps with external data sources or APIs.
* Experience designing and embedding Power BI dashboards directly within SharePoint Online pages and Microsoft Teams.
* Familiarity with migrating legacy SharePoint structures (such as SharePoint 2019/2016 environments, InfoPath forms, or SharePoint Designer workflows) into modern SharePoint Online and Power Apps.
