Marketing & Communications Specialist

Speedy Glass USA is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the growth of one of North America's leading glass service brands.

This role blends digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and local marketing to help drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand awareness, and support our network of retail locations across the United States.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing creative marketing assets, coordinating campaigns, and using data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. They enjoy turning data into actionable insights, developing compelling marketing campaigns, and bringing ideas to life across digital, social, retail, and internal communication channels.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing initiatives while making a measurable impact on business growth.

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Performance

  • Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, website, and her digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital listing maintenance and optimization.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Assist with promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, new service launches, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and project deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives with Operations, Sales, and other departments.

Content Creation & Communications

  • Create and execute engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and other communication channels.
  • Capture and edit photography and short-form video for marketing campaigns and retail locations.
  • Design marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for internal and external audiences, including social media, blogs, promotional materials, press releases, newsletters, and employee communications.

Retail & Local Marketing

  • Coordinate retail marketing materials, signage, promotional collateral, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Support community events, sponsorships, grand openings, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing support for business development and sales initiatives.
  • Help ensure consistent brand execution across all retail locations.

Internal Communications

  • Develop internal marketing and communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to company initiatives.
  • Create newsletters, announcements, presentations, and internal campaign materials.
  • Manage internal communications platforms.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and creative asset libraries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and marketing administration as required.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and short-form video.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp) and content management systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in retail, franchise, or multi-location marketing. (Preferred)
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and external vendors. (Preferred)
