  • Operate within and iterate on existing AI workflows (e.g., ad copy generation, bid optimization, reporting automation).
  • Develop and refine prompt templates that enhance output quality and relevance from AI tools.
  • Contribute to model training or fine-tuning initiatives (where applicable) to improve advertising outcomes.
  • Promote responsible and ethical AI use across campaign touchpoints.
  • Generate compelling ad creatives and copy using AI tools aligned with performance goals and brand guidelines.
  • Translate large performance datasets into visual reports and actionable insights using AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Communicate campaign performance and AI-driven insights to internal and Partner stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Ads Specialists, AI R&D, and Product to deploy scalable AI advertising tools.
  • Share learnings and improvements on AI usage with teammates to foster shared AI fluency.
  • Contribute to the documentation of AI best practices, testing protocols, and training resources.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years' experience managing paid digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta).
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing Ads), including campaign structures, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving technologies, conversion tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel), and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with ad policy guidelines across platforms and ability to identify common compliance issues.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, UTM parameters, and dynamic URL tracking is an asset.
  • Proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for ad copywriting, performance summaries, and strategic ideation.
  • Experience executing predefined AI workflows (e.g., audience segmentation, ad creative suggestions, budget allocation recommendations).
  • Ability to test, compare, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated copy or targeting outputs.
  • Familiarity with prompt iteration: modifying, refining, and selecting prompts to achieve more relevant ad outputs.
  • Understanding of AI tool limitations and the importance of human oversight for ethical and brand-safe content.
  • Comfort working in an agile, experimental environment.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and quality score.
  • Ability to spot performance trends or outliers and raise them proactively to a senior specialist or manager.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or platform-native dashboards to visualize ad performance.
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Adzooma, Opteo, Madgicx) for insight generation or summary reporting.
