JOB CLASSIFICATION:  Library Technician (Senior Certificate/Diploma)
JOB LOCATION: Service Centre/Various Locations
DATE SUBMITTED TO SCHOOLS:  April 9, 2026
JOB SUMMARY:   A casual position, to provide support in cataloguing, organizing and circulating library materials in a collaborative team environment. This position will be responsible for providing technical support to the library.







 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A two year diploma from a recognized Library Technician course
  • Working knowledge of Destiny Automated Library System and word processing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with young adults and the ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Technological aptitude

  • Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education
