About our property:

Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is nestled high atop the majestic San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation of 5,174'. This Resort is surrounded by an ocean of Ponderosa Pines and gives guests exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead, a reservoir with a surface area of 780 acres. Lake Arrowhead is the perfect location for outdoor adventure enthusiasts and offers a variety of summertime and wintertime activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ziplining, and more. The resort includes a Bar & Restaurant, Spa & Wellness Center, Outdoor Pool & Lake Beach as well as over 23,000 sq. ft of meeting and events space.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive room nights, spa bookings, dining revenue, and resort programming
  • Assist in development and coordination of marketing collateral across digital, print, and on-property channels
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all guest-facing materials
  • Assist with creation of social media content and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Maintain and update website content, promotions, and property information
  • Capture on-property content (photos/videos) to support storytelling and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials in alignment with Pyramid Global Hospitality guidelines
  • Assist in development and maintenance of collateral including activity calendars, menus, flyers, presentations, and signage
  • Coordinate production with vendors (print, signage, promotional items)
  • Support execution of resort events, activations, and seasonal programming
  • Coordinate marketing materials and on-site setup for promotions and events
  • Collaborate with departments (F&B, Spa, Rooms) to highlight offerings and drive participation
  • Partner with department leaders to maintain an integrated marketing calendar
  • Work with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to align marketing strategies with business needs
  • Support communication of marketing initiatives internally and across departments
  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and content schedules
  • Assist with campaign reporting and tracking performance metrics
  • Manage digital asset libraries and marketing files

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field (internships acceptable)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays for events or promotions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, lifestyle brands, or tourism marketing (preferred)
  • Basic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools a plus)
  • Knowledge of Lake Arrowhead or mountain/lifestyle destinations is a plus
