Job Description
Performs operational duties in support of regulatory and/or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance documentation; coordinating the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions; and tracking document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency.
Document Control Support responsibilities at NNS include responsibilities associated with the Correspondence Vault, Document Control Center, and the Technical and Specifications Libraries.
These areas of responsibility are located within two building locations.
The selected candidate for this position will have Primary responsibility for the Correspondence Vault, but will also be cross trained in the responsibilities associated with the Technical Library, the Document Control Center, and the Specifications Library.
Performs a variety of clerical duties in a library.
Researches and circulates library books, documents, periodicals, and films. Searches for, recalls, and makes available library materials. Assists others to utilize library facilities; orders books, publications, and other library material as required. Controls periodical subscriptions and renewals; utilizes outside libraries and bookstores to obtain information and materials. Catalogs and classifies material received by library as directed. May use computer for tracking, searching, and retrieving information or abstracts.
