Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing department in executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer relations, and internal communications. This role assists with the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content, coordinates marketing campaigns, and supports both external and internal marketing efforts.

The Marketing Assistant works collaboratively with internal teams and customers to ensure internal and external marketing initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across designated platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and track social media performance metrics.
  • Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across all channels.
  • Marketing Content & Campaign Support

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials including graphics, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Assist with photography, video content, and other multimedia projects as needed.
  • External Marketing Support
  • Assist with coordinating marketing events, outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

  • Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 13 years of marketing, communications, or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketingrelated tools.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus.
