Familiarity with integrated library systems (ILS), cataloging software, and digital resource management tools is often required. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills set outstanding candidates apart in coordinating staff and engaging patrons. These abilities ensure efficient library operations, high-quality service, and a well-managed information environment.

A Library Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a library, including managing staff, organizing resources, and implementing library programs. They ensure that library materials are properly cataloged and accessible to patrons. What are some common challenges a Library Coordinator faces when managing multiple library programs simultaneously?

Library Coordinators often juggle several programs at once, such as literacy workshops, community events, and educational outreach. Job description

WHO WE ARE:

Teague is an independent design consultancy that combines technology expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior to design what's next for companies in automotive, commercial aviation, smart cities and infrastructure, advanced mobility, technology, space, and defense. On any given day, you might be prototyping a new space station, designing cutting-edge technology, or traveling around the world conducting research. We are approaching our one-hundred-year anniversary and are proudly employee-owned. Our culture fosters collaboration, accountability, and stability - because when we succeed, we all win. Come be a part of something bigger than just a job - build your career with an employee-owned company that invests in you!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a high-impact coordination role at the center of Teague's marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator keeps things moving by connecting people, managing details, and ensuring that campaigns, content, and events come together smoothly and on time. You'll work closely with marketing leadership to support execution across a wide range of initiatives, from digital campaigns to in-person events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by being the connective tissue across multiple workstreams. You're not just tracking tasks - you're helping create the conditions for great marketing to happen.

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:

Up to 10% travel domestic and potentially international travel to support marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE:

You're the kind of person who brings order to complexity without slowing things down. You're naturally organized, but not rigid. You can juggle multiple priorities, adapt when things shift, and keep people aligned without needing constant direction. You take pride in doing things well - crisp, clean, accurate, and on time - and you notice the details others miss. You're also curious. You want to understand the "why" behind the work, not just check boxes. You're interested in storytelling, design, and how brands show up in the world. You are excited to support a team doing thoughtful, high-quality work. You collaborate easily, communicate clearly, and follow through. When something needs to get done, people trust you to make it happen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • OWNING
    • Own marketing calendars, trackers, and project workflows across campaigns and initiatives.
    • Keep cross-functional efforts aligned, ensuring clear handoffs and accountability.
    • Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of marketing outputs.
    • Support the coordination of internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • THINKING
    • Understand campaign goals and help translate them into organized plans and timelines.
    • Anticipate needs, spot gaps, and keep projects moving before they stall.
    • Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
    • Contribute to how marketing content and experiences come together cohesively.
  • DOING
    • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including timelines, documentation, and coordination.
    • Assist with content development: organizing assets, drafting copy, and preparing materials for review.
    • Build, schedule, QA, and report on email campaigns (e.g., HubSpot or similar platforms).
    • Maintain marketing infrastructure, including CMS updates, landing pages, and content libraries.
    • Prepare and update marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, social content, and event materials.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, including registrations, materials, shipping, and follow-up.
    • Support awards submissions, case study development, and recurring marketing program.
    • Gather and organize performance data to support reporting and insights.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Clear, effective written communication and an interest in content creation
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Craft, Squarespace) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Google Workspace, Box, or ClickUp is a bonus
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
  • Interest in design, technology, or innovation-driven industries

The salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $29.00 - $33.50.Â
