Job description

Job Summary:
DT Pro is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team in Norco, CA. This position will be responsible for collecting and analyzing workload planning data, execution data, business and operational metrics, and supporting a variety of command business functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze workload planning data, execution data, business metrics, and operational performance indicators to assess direct and indirect project performance.
  • Coordinate business-related data calls, validate submissions, consolidate responses, and prepare information for release following internal approvals.
  • Support command business programs, corporate investment programs, technical capability health assessments, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefs, presentations, and program materials; ensure policy and program-related documents are accurate, current, and properly formatted.
  • Support the local Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) office, including user management mapping, access/profile maintenance, submission of Helpdesk Expert Automation Tool (HEAT) tickets, and business rules maintenance.
  • Manage and update office document tracking spreadsheets, records systems, SharePoint sites, and intranet content.
  • Maintain and administer Records Management, Forms Management, Directives Management, and External Agreements programs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools to meet daily mission requirements.
  • Support business process meetings, teleconferences, and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives.
  • Provide liaison support for conference submission processes, including coordination, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with command stakeholders for data gathering, communications, and program support activities.
  • Develop and update training materials for internal business processes and administrative procedures.
  • Revise, organize, proofread, and format technical documents in accordance with Navy and Headquarters standards.
  • Prepare technical and administrative documentation, including SOPs, white papers, policies, action reports, MOUs, MOAs, POA&Ms, and ad hoc reports.
  • Maintain data repositories and document libraries for division programs and ensure compliance with current directives and records requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, reporting processes, and documentation standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or program support in a government, military, or ERP environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational or business performance data.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and business operations within a DoD environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Navy ERP and HEAT ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD/Navy documentation standards, correspondence, and program processes.
  • Experience developing SOPs, policy documents, briefings, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of CPI, Lean Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Prior support to NSWC, NAVSEA, or other DoD organizations.
