Material Handler/Fulfillment Associate

Shift: 3:30pm - 2am M-F

Location: Woodinville, WA

Job Description

The Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role within the manufacturing and production teams, supporting all production leadership staff to ensure the on-time delivery of components and assemblies for a satellite manufacturing company that deliver high-speed internet using thousands of small satellites in space.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and transport parts through production flows, coordinating across receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and work centers.
  • Ensure proper handling according to specifications and manage off-site processing for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Resolve system data inaccuracies to avoid disruptions in demand, scheduling, or operations, and manage material certifications to prevent the use of uncertified items.
  • Support inventory processes such as returns and purges, create purchase requisitions as needed, and organize physical and electronic libraries for production tooling and calibration.
  • Partner with supervisors to complete metric-driven actions, generate reports on needs, deliverables, and constraints, provide weekly status updates to leadership, and assist with action items.
  • Innovate workflow staging to enhance logistics efficiency, support productivity projects, and manage work orders in assigned production cells.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a fulfillment environment.
