KVC Missouri – Administrative Assistant, St. James Education Programs

Location: St. James, MO
Pay: $15.50–$20.00 per hour (determined by education and experience)

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for KVC Missouri’s Central Education Programs. This role supports daily office operations, maintains accurate records and documentation, assists staff and leadership, and helps ensure efficient program coordination in a trauma-informed educational environment.

Education & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clerical experience
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience preferred
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Licensure/Certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid auto insurance
Experience & Skills
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Experience using office equipment and computer software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment preferred
