What you will be doing?
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director and other departments in assisting with the office and clerical needs for the staff at Britelife Recovery. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant facilitates and maintains effective communication with clients, vendors, outside agencies and Britelife Recovery staff.
What tasks are required?
  • Job Type: Full Time; hours determined by Facility
  • Serves as administrative contact for staff, vendors, and outside agencies.
  • Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.
  • Forwards invoices for timely processing.
  • Prepares, processes, and files documents.
  • Maintains office supplies and inventories.
  • Runs and creates reports as necessary.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information.
  • Special Projects as needed.
  • Positively promotes current organization to prospective clients and employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
