We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Clinton, Mississippi. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative processes running smoothly, providing attentive front-desk support, and handling a variety of office tasks with accuracy. The role involves communication with callers and visitors, maintaining records, and assisting with routine clerical activities in a busy office setting.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office operate efficiently and stay well organized.

• Respond to inbound phone calls courteously, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.

• Welcome visitors and provide courteous reception support while maintaining a positive front-office experience.

• Enter, update, and verify information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and general administrative materials for easy access.

• Process and manage daily load tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation

• Support staff with routine clerical tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination.
