Marketing Project Coordinator

Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced, growing healthcare marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is highly comfortable working with stakeholders and a variety of digital tools, systems, and platforms.

The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a key role in keeping marketing projects moving efficiently from concept to completion, while also supporting social media, website updates, event setup, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations for multiple practice brands and locations. A strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and navigating multiple systems with confidence is essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do

Project Coordination

  • Manage incoming marketing requests and help prioritize workflows
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones in our PM systems
  • Coordinate with internal team members, practice leaders, providers and vendors
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and organized

Website & Digital Support

  • Coordinate, capture, and schedule social media content in various platforms
