Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (Internal Title: Scheduling III) Apply Project Management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements Develop and maintain the project Master schedule to meet the project objectives Manage the progress measurement and earned value, schedule reporting, schedule change implementation, and develop and maintain the schedule management plan Responsible for the delivery of project planning and progress measurement, ensuring that project procedures and best practices are applied Develop the schedule management plan and develop the schedule structure, coding, and hierarchy Formulate and maintain the basis of the schedule for each baseline schedule Create the baseline curves including progress and manpower. Generate all progress curves including planned, actual, and forecast Participate in project schedule risk analysis and include subsequent contingencies in the baseline Analyze consultants, suppliers, and contractor schedules and provide analysis and recommendations Generate and verify monthly updates and issue progress reports Implement slippages and critical and near-critical activities Verify and integrate the work scope for all entities into the total project plan Allocate the representation of project scope in schedules Provide schedule input to the procurement bid process including reporting requirements and milestone dates.
Assist with bid evaluation and ongoing management of consultants, vendors, and contractors Maintain and optimize the schedule through change management procedures monitor progress and resolve areas of potential concern Review and assess schedule impacts due to changes and claims Examine required progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to all internal and external clients Analyze and monitor schedule variance, float, trends, and KPIs Manage schedule changes and forecast project impacts Execute corrective action when performance trends deviate from the baseline Prepare audits on various schedules including those produced by contractors. Prepare all required output documents Ensure the development and maintenance of all the required project schedules and confirm data integrity across the entire project life cycle Assess scope changes and claims for schedule and cost impacts, and provide feedback to financial and contract management staff Forecast and interpret key scheduling requirements such as activity coding, naming conventions, client requirements management protocol, project calendars, resource, and plant data libraries Interact with the contractor personnel to review and analyze schedules Support the progress measurement process, analyze progress and performance data Guide Scheduling I and II Complete any tasks assigned by the Scheduling IV or higher in an efficient and timely manner WORKING CONDITIONS Office-based With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
