About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Brand Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of marketing experience to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing project management with hands-on marketing execution and thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, maintain a consistent brand presence across channels, engage with our online community, and support cross-functional marketing efforts that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination
  • Own and maintain a weekly marketing channel calendar, ensuring alignment across email, SMS, paid media, social, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and communicate key milestones with cross-functional teams
  • Support campaign launches by ensuring assets, messaging, and deadlines are aligned
Email & SMS Marketing
  • Coordinate and execute promotional email and SMS campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Build, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting and insights
Community Management
  • Manage day-to-day engagement across key social and review platforms, including Facebook and Google
  • Respond to customer questions, comments and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner
  • Escalate customer service issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
  • Identify recurring customer feedback and share insights with Marketing and leadership teams
User-Generated Content (UGC)
  • Source, organize, and route customer-generated content for internal marketing and creative teams
  • Maintain a library of approved UGC assets for use across marketing channels
  • Coordinate creator permissions and ensure assets are properly documented
Creative Support
  • Create or modify marketing assets using design tools such as Canva
  • Assist with resizing creative, updating promotional graphics, and producing simple digital assets as needed
  • Ensure all creative aligns with established brand standards
Paid Media Support
  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets, promotional messaging and campaign timing with agency partners
  • Ensure agencies receive accurate creative files, promotional details, and campaign updates according to project timelines
  • Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners to help ensure campaigns launch on time and reflect business priorities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within ecommerce or retail
  • Experience executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with paid media workflows and coordinating with external agency partners
  • Basic graphic design skills with Canva or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Working Environment:
  • Full-time, exempt
    • Salary range based on experience: $65,000-70,000 annually
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Plymouth, MN location
