Envocore, LLC is an established national leader engaged in the engineering, designing and installation of energy-efficient systems. Our company designs and installs projects for a wide range of Government, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Institutional and Retail facilities across the United States.


SUMMARY: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations and Routing teams by creating work orders as needed, maintaining property and multi-family complex information for scheduling, reviewing Can’t Complete work order data, and creating QC work orders for field staff. This role helps improve work order flow, scheduling accuracy, and operational visibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open work orders requested by LVTs throughout the workday based on established operational guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing the Ensight map to identify apartments, condominiums, and residential complexes for inclusion in the complex log.
  • Maintain and update complex log information used by Operations to communicate with properties for scheduling purposes.
  • Review Can’t Complete workorders.
  • Create QC work orders, including NCR, AMI-AMI, and other related quality control work order types.
  • Coordinate with on-site operations personnel to ensure work orders are opened accurately and only when appropriate.
  • Support data accuracy, documentation, and communication between field teams and Operations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with operational data.
  • Ability to follow procedures and apply judgment when determining whether a work order should be opened.
  • Comfortable learning mapping, scheduling, and work order systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with field teams, Operations, and scheduling personnel.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks during the workday.
  • Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Word, and routing software.
