Location: River Ferns Academy Liberty Township 6532 Princeton Glendale Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011

About the Role

We are looking for a caring and reliable Bus Driver to join our team. This role is a unique blend of classroom support and safe transportation, ensuring children have a positive, fun, and nurturing experience every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport children to and from school and scheduled activities in compliance with safety and licensing requirements.

  • Perform pre- and post-trip bus inspections; maintain accurate transportation records.

  • Supervise, engage, and support children during aftercare hours.

  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity.

  • Encourage cooperation, maintain discipline, and model positive behavior.

  • Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license
