SECURITY GUARD
Job Description:
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents. ย 
  • Monitors and controls all traffic that comes onto the property.ย 
  • Verification of any visitors, vendors, family members, residents, etc. entry onto campus.ย  ย 
  • Responds to community residents in the event of an emergency.
  • Ensures that the community property is monitored and secured.ย 
  • Working efficiently and effectively as the job requires varied tasks.
  • Enter work orders as needed in TELS ย 
  • Clears entry paths from storm debris as needed.
  • Deliver Newspapers to resident doors throughout the building.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must work independently with little direct oversight.
  • Must be able to respond professionally and confidently in the event of an emergency.
  • Must have computer and critical thinking skills.
Background checks/drug-free workplace.
