Liberty Healthcare & Youth Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a member of our clinical team, you will work remotely from the comfort of your own home or preferred environment, allowing for flexibility in your daily routine. Our outpatient office setting means you will engage with clients from a variety of backgrounds and demographics, fostering a sense of community and collaboration within our organization. Our operational hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for accommodating schedules to meet clients' varying needs.

In your role as an LPC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, enhancing the overall effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidential and accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship conflicts. Your specialized skills in family and couples therapy will be particularly valued, enabling effective treatment for complex relational dynamics.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• A firm understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse interventions will be highly favored. Knowledge of the latest therapeutic methodologies and research is a plus, as we seek to provide cutting-edge care to our clients.

• A guaranteed annual salary between $70,000 and $105,000, with annual increases and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
