Job description

Overview

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Minneapolis, MN office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including business and commercial litigation, employment law, products liability, and toxic tort.

The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience and should have experience managing all aspects of discovery, as well as outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.
