About the Role:
As a Mover / Supply Driver at WellRive, you’ll play a key role in helping clients transition smoothly to their new homes. This is not just about lifting boxes—it’s about supporting people during important life changes. You’ll assist with packing and unpacking, help set up new spaces, transport supplies, and keep our warehouse organized. This is active, rewarding work where you can see the results of your efforts every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Move Managers and Project Managers on relocations and staging projects.
  • Pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their new homes with care and attention to detail.
  • Load and unload company vehicles with supplies, donations, and staging furniture.
  • Assist with hanging artwork, setting up furniture, and organizing spaces.
  • Maintain and organize the company warehouse.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, their families, movers, and team members.
  • Jump in where needed to help ensure each move is smooth and stress-free.

Job Requirements:

  • Motivated, compassionate, and a natural problem-solver.
  • Comfortable with physically active work and lifting 30–50 lbs.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to complete tasks from start to finish.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
