In this role, you will...
  • Consult on the legal issues and implications of potential business decisions and initiatives, providing counsel on general business and legal issues.
  • Possess strong drafting skills, create contracts, product forms, and other documents as appropriate to support business divisions and to address corporate policy/compliance issues.
  • Work with a cross functional team to facilitate proactive and compliant performance of all company objectives.
  • Provide legal advice, strategies, and solutions to all business functional areas, including Market Management, Marketing, Underwriting, Actuarial, Operations/IT, Finance, PS&RS, Claims, and Human Resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • JD degree from an ABA approved law school and licensed at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3-8 years' experience preferred.
