The Associate Vice President, Sales (AVP) uses a consultative sales approach to identify, pursue, and achieve sales goals targeting employers with between 500 - 1,500 U.S. based employees located within a defined territory that includes the key states of IL, MO, and WI.
This Is a Home-based Position Located In The Central U.S. The AVP will leverage HSA Bank's Resources To Sell Health-related Benefit Solutions, Including:
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs)
Commuter Benefits (Mass Transit & Parking)
Lifestyle Spending and Emergency Savings Accounts
Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-with employers, national consultant firms, medical carriers, third-party administrators, and other key influencers within each account.

What you will do

  • Overall management of territory pipeline

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals

  • Oversee and maintain informational data for all assigned clients/prospects for individual territory book of business within Salesforce

  • Achieve 100% plus of revenue business goals by end of selling season to deliver target revenue for LRP of the new year

  • Manage overall travel & entertainment within territory's allocated budget.


Skills and Abilities

  • Salesforce or other CRM tool skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills


Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant professional experience preferred

  • 3-5 years of of sales experience in Employee Benefits, Asset Management or Benefits Consulting required

  • Previous experience working in a high growth financial industry preferred

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000USD to $85,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
