Vos responsabilités :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour développer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires et stimuler la croissance auprès de la clientèle actuelle d’Univar
  • Agir comme point de contact secondaire pour les clients afin d’assurer un traitement efficace de leurs demandes
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires de comptes dans les demandes quotidiennes : échantillons, soutien à la tarification, ROGA, non‑conformités, etc.
  • Aider à la préparation des revues annuelles des clients
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
  • Initier les demandes d’analyse de coûts, lorsque requis
  • Fournir à l’équipe des achats des prévisions spécifiques aux clients, au besoin
  • Mettre à jour les soumissions et transmettre l’information de prix aux clients
  • Travailler avec les services techniques pour la préparation des demandes d’échantillons
  • Faire le lien avec la gestion des produits afin de partager l’information avec les clients
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

 

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires dans un domaine pertinent (chimie, ventes, etc.) et minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience en ventes ou en service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, capacité à travailler de façon autonome, sens de l’initiative et fortes habiletés en communication écrite et verbale
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word et PowerPoint)
  • Personne motivée, axée sur le service à la clientèle et esprit d’équipe, capable d’interagir avec assurance avec des partenaires internes et externes
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression, à établir les priorités et à mener plusieurs dossiers de front; le poste implique des interactions fréquentes avec des collègues, des clients et des fournisseurs
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais obligatoire. La connaissance de la langue anglaise est demandée puisque le poste nécessite de transiger avec des collègues, clients(es) et fournisseur qui sont situé à l’extérieur du Québec

About the position:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales cycle by providing continuous assistance to Account Managers. They will act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization in order to increase collaboration and improve efficiency.

What you will do:

  • Actively work with account managers to develop new business and create growth with Univar’s current customer base
  • Be a secondary point of contact for the customers to ensure requests are reviewed efficiently
  • Support the account managers with daily requests pertaining to sample requests, pricing supports, ROGAs, non-conformances, and other
  • Assist the account managers with the customers’ Annual Reviews   
  • Work with internal staff to ensure Univar delivers exceptional customer service
  • Initiate cost work-up requests as needed
  • Provide the Purchasing team with customer specific forecasts as needed
  • Update quotes to deliver pricing information to customers
  • Work with the Technical Services team to prepare Sample requests
  • Liaise with Product Management to share information with customers
  • Other duties as required

What you will require:

  • College diploma or University degree in a related program (chemistry, sales) and two (2) years’ experience in sales or customer service is required
  • Must have very strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, demonstrates initiative and possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • He or she must be a motivated, customer-focused team player with a strong ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize and multitask the position involves dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Must be bilingual (French/English). Knowledge of English is required, as the position involves interacting with colleagues, clients, and suppliers located outside Quebec
