  • The SAP Finance Team Lead brings SAP functional expertise to the project. Working closely with the Saputo Business and IT Team Leads, they will be jointly responsible for: defining the new processes\/solutions; planning, tracking; and managing their respective resources within their modules\/functional area of the SAP Project.<\/span>
     <\/span>
    The Team Lead is responsible for managing their respective teams' deliverables on a daily basis at a very granular level. The Functional Team Lead will perform the Team Lead role while also performing a Functional Consultant role.<\/span>

    Description of Duties\/Scope of Work:<\/u><\/span>\n
      \n
    • To participate with corresponding Saputo Business and IT Team Leads in jointly managing the execution of the specific SAP module deliverables according to plan;<\/li>\n
    • To work with Saputo in developing the future "To\-Be" view of the business processes leveraging SAP best practices; pre\-engineered business processes; and Saputo business rules.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      • To actively lead the workshops with the Saputo Team to analyze, document and model the business processes, following the agreed methodology<\/li>\n
      • To lead the review and approval of the project's major deliverables as it relates to the Record\-to\-Report modules and scope<\/li>\n
      • To lead and conduct comprehensive testing of business processes and document the results<\/li>\n
      • To provide pertinent information for the Organizational Change Management process<\/li>\n
      • To follow project standards and procedures, especially as it relates to both issue and scope management<\/li>\n
      • To monitor team compliance to ensure they meet standards and procedures<\/li>\n
      • To identify and escalate risks<\/li>\n
      • To coach\/mentor project team members, clarify assignments and deliverables, review the quality of work and manage the integration of team members' work.<\/li>\n <\/ul>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/span>\n

        • Lead a large and diverse team of Functional Consultants across the Record\-to\-Report stream<\/li>\n
        • Collect key data to support building of the system to be used for the Blueprint phase in alignment with the Planning and Scoping report built as part of Phase 3B.<\/li>\n
        • Analyze, document and model the business processes based on data collected during Blueprint workshops<\/li>\n
        • Lead Blueprint, and 'Straw\-Man' workshops<\/li>\n
        • Ensure that the Saputo business objectives are met by leveraging the system or new business process to realize the desired benefits<\/li>\n
        • Lead a benefit realization focused implementation with emphasis on benefits identified during the prior Phase 3B.<\/li>\n
        • Lead the design of reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, and enhancement activities<\/li>\n
        • Participate in the deployment of the new business processes including transition support<\/li>\n
        • Support testing activities<\/li>\n
        • Be responsible for managing test defects<\/li>\n
        • Support and Guide Saputo's Business and IT Team Leads<\/li>\n <\/ul>

          • Ability to recommend approaches to address functional gaps<\/li>\n
          • Excellent conceptualization and problem solving skills<\/li>\n
          • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal<\/li>\n
          • English: Fluent<\/li>\n
          • Experience with SAP Financial Consolidations<\/li>\n <\/ul>
            Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:<\/span>
