Cost Accountant
Twin Cities Metro Area | Hybrid
Direct Hire | $65,000-$85,000 + Benefits

LHH is partnering with a growing Midwest-based manufacturer to identify a Cost Accountant to join their accounting and finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to deepen their cost accounting expertise, gain exposure to manufacturing operations, and grow into a subject matter expert within a stable and expanding organization.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Inventory accounting, costing analysis, and variance review
  • Ownership of item setup, BOMs, and manufacturing master data
  • Support inventory processes, product costing, and operational reporting
  • Assist with manufacturing rate and costing improvement initiatives
  • Partner with operations to better understand production processes and cost drivers
  • Support sales and use tax filings through established systems and processes
We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1+ years of cost accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing accounting, or similar experience preferred
