We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Commercial Litigation Associate/Attorney with a focus on Insurance Defense to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator, with a strong background in commercial litigation and insurance law.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Litigation Associate/Attorney, you will be expected to:
1. Handle a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, primarily insurance defense cases.
2. Draft and review legal documents and pleadings with a high degree of accuracy.
3. Represent clients in court during trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
4. Collaborate with confidence and work with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
5. Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance law and commercial litigation to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Commercial Litigation Associate/Attorney position, candidates must possess:
1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
2. Experience at a mid to larger firm.
3. 4-7 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance defense.
4. Proven experience in handling trials, drafting legal documents, and managing e-discovery processes.
