Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various legal areas and possess strong research and analytical skills.

Growing plaintiff law firm specializing in first party insurance claims (property damage from hurricanes, hail-storms, windstorms, tornadoes, fires, etc.) Minimum 3 years of legal experience. Trial experience and Spanish speaking are a plus. Must have strong ability to research, draft motions, pleadings, take depositions, etc. Anyone with insurance claims, adjusting or construction background is a plus. Must be able to manage docket of assigned cases. Base salary is $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary each attorney will receive a percentage of the attorney fees earned on all assigned cases. Base salary and bonus per case is earned and paid as each case is resolved and closed. Paid vacation time, holidays, sick days. Health insurance and other benefits available.
