Who we are..

C3 Industries is a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis company headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, operating the High Profile Cannabis Shop retail network alongside several product brands, including the award-winning Cloud Cover Cannabis, Galactic Cannabis, and Habitat Cannabis. Through its High Profile locations in Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Massachusetts, Kentucky, and New Jersey, the company provides customers with access to high-quality cannabis products and exceptional retail experiences.

The Inventory and Packaging Technician is responsible for accurate weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products. The Inventory and Packaging Technician manages inventory logs, maintains vault organization, and ensures precise data. They also prepare packaging materials, participate in audits, and ensure strict compliance with all state regulations and company policies.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST

City: St. Louis, MO

Pay Rate: $16.50

*Eligible for $0.50 hourly wage increase after 90 days of employment

In this role you will.

  • Pull tested inventory, in advance or on demand, based on incoming sales orders.
  • Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders.
  • Ensure METRC data is current and correct; escalate any issues to management.
  • Prepare all necessary packaging materials, including bags, containers, and labels, while ensuring all packages are accurately labeled and identified, promptly resolving or escalating any issues to management.
  • Manages daily Inventory logs and ensures precise product counts, while meticulously organizing and maintaining the vault for optimal efficiency.
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits.
  • Maintains a highly organized and clean working environment, ensuring strict adherence to all state regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Meet or exceed production metrics communicated by the Operations Manager.

Skills and experience you have...

1+ years' experience in packaging or inventory related role preferred.

High school diploma required.

High attention to detail with thorough record keeping abilities.

Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.

Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Must be able to obtain & maintain required state licenses based on work location.
