Job description

Role - We're looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.
 
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)
- Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently
- Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items
- Support hiring operations and onboarding
- Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
- Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end
- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales
 
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments
- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
- Strong organization, communication, and judgment
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
- Comfortable working in-office with leadership
