  • Serve as a Solutions subject matter expert across the sales lifecycle and strategic client accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Commercial, Bids, Contracts, Implementation, and regional teams on discovery, solution shaping, commercial modeling, and enterprise-level pitches.
  • Support client workshops and solution reviews by articulating Hays’ capabilities, client value, ROI, and transformational outcomes.

Program Design, Delivery Alignment & Implementation Handoff

  • Define service delivery models and identify key operational dependencies, risks, and transition considerations for new or expanding solutions.
  • Provide clear handoff to implementation and delivery teams to preserve alignment between commercial commitments, solution design, and operational execution.

Technology, Data & Innovation

  • Maintain awareness of workforce technologies, including VMS, ATS, CRM, analytics, automation, AI, and digital tools.
  • Provide input on platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, Workday VNDLY, and adjacent workforce technologies.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Awareness

  • Incorporate labor law, co-employment, worker classification, IC compliance, tenure, data privacy, regional regulation, and SOW governance considerations into solution recommendations.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on risk considerations and mitigation approaches for contingent labor, services procurement, and broader workforce solutions.

Market Review, Product & Service Development

  • Gather input from internal stakeholders, clients, prospects, partners, and analysts to validate market needs.
  • Support go-to-market strategy through research, insight synthesis, positioning recommendations, and enablement materials.

Insight Sharing, Thought Leadership & Content Generation

  • Partner with Bids and Marketing/Creative teams to develop accurate, compelling content that supports sales

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of MSP, RPO, Direct Sourcing, VMS, Services Procurement, and contingent labor program lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of workforce technologies, including VMS, ATS, CRM, analytics, reporting, automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to convert client needs, market trends, workforce challenges, and technology innovation into practical solution recommendations.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, proofreading, proposal development, and presentation skills for client-facing and internal materials.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional input in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM/database tools; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Miro, or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Confident engaging with Executive, Procurement, HR, Resourcing, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Commercial and Implementation stakeholders.
