The Mission
Retain and grow Level Up REI's book of clients — expand accounts into new service lines, keep churn low, and increase the lifetime value of every customer we work with.
You'll be the connective tissue between clients and our fulfillment teams, making sure the real estate wholesalers and flippers who trust us with their marketing spend get results, stay long-term, and buy more from us as we grow.
The 12-Month Picture
If you do this job well, here's what your life looks like 12 months in:

• You've built and own a book of 50 clients.

• Those clients are using multiple of our services — not just one.

• You've maintained low churn and high client satisfaction across the entire book.

• You're seen internally and by clients as the person who makes Level Up REI's results real, not just promised.

What You're Owning
Client retention and growth across Level Up REI's service lines:

• Done-for-you Meta ads

• Done-for-you brokerage services for real estate investors

• Google Ads (new service line launching soon)

You'll own the relationship from onboarding through the life of the account — running onboarding calls, staying in consistent contact with clients for maintenance and check-ins, and working directly with our fulfillment teams to make sure the work behind the scenes is actually good. Where there's an opportunity to expand a client into another service or channel based on what they need, that's yours to spot and close.
This is a relationship-and-results role. You're the person clients trust to make sure their investment is working — and the person who grows what they buy from us over time.
What You'll Own (First 90 Days)
By Day 30:

• Fully onboarded and taking on new accounts

• 10–15 accounts in your book, learning the clients, the services, and the fulfillment workflow

• Comfortable running onboarding and client-maintenance conversations solo

By Day 60:

• Nearly ramped, with 40–50 accounts in your book

• Proactively working with fulfillment teams to catch and fix issues before clients have to flag them

• Starting to identify and act on expansion opportunities across service lines

By Day 90:

• Full book of 40–50 accounts

• Hitting your churn and client satisfaction (return) targets

• Trusted to expand accounts into additional services without needing to be told to
