The Level 3 welder has a deeper understanding of the Welder 1, Welder 2 positions and job descriptions. He/She is one that works with little to no supervision, and has over seven years of experience in the trade.

Ability to identify and repair flaws in most metal objects at an advanced level.

Frequently analyzing and solving advanced problems.

Advanced knowledge of weld symbols and print interpretation

Advanced level of MIG & TIG

Ability to weld all types of alloys

Ability to fabricate from start to finish

Advanced knowledge of robot programming

FIRST SHIFT 5AM – 1:30PM M-F

SECOND SHIFT 1:20PM – 9:50PM M-F
