Description: Join ENTEK in Lebanon, OregonENTEK is excited to welcome an experienced Project Manager (Level 3) to our team in Lebanon, Oregon. If you thrive on leading complex industrial projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering large-scale capital initiatives from concept through completion, this is an exceptional opportunity.
What You’ll DoAs a Project Manager III, you’ll lead large industrial equipment and turnkey projects from planning through execution and closeout. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex industrial equipment and capital projects from start to finish
  • Develop project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Manage project milestones, dependencies, and critical path schedules
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and leadership
  • Monitor project budgets and recommend changes as needed
  • Build and maintain master schedules across multiple projects
  • Lead lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts
  • Develop best practices, tools, and standards for project execution
  • Mentor project team members and support leadership development
  • Ensure alignment between project scope and business objectives
Requirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a strategic project leader with strong technical and operational experience in industrial manufacturing or engineered equipment environments.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing large industrial or capital projects
  • Experience with projects ranging from multi-million-dollar scopes to major capital investments
  • Strong project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Experience with risk management, forecasting, and resource leveling
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical drawings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PMP certification or similar PMI credential preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a PMO or senior project leadership role
  • Experience with enterprise scheduling and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience with custom equipment fabrication and assembly

Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Some domestic and occasional international travel may be required to support project execution.
