Position Overview
The IT Support Specialist will perform multiple tasks, such as planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, consultation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.
The position's essential duties include the following:
  • Provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
  • Perform system installs, upgrades, and debug software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and offer viable solutions to various hardware and software problems.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Provide excellent technical knowledge and communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Analyze and identify trend issue reporting and devise preventative solutions.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
  • Travel to the branch locations to provide IT support.
